    Data Cleaning: Alteryx vs Python

This is how it all started…

If you came to this section expecting some grandeur reason of starting a blog, I am sorry to disappoint you. This blog was simply a website where I decided to write about my experience in navigating through the professional world of data analytics.

I enjoy shifting through data to find interesting insights and presenting the findings through meaningful visualisation. I noticed that many times new and aspiring data analysts try to show too many information in visualisations forgetting what their audiences needs to know, instead focusing on what they want their audiences to see. My approach to visualisation is “keeping it simple”. But it is harder to do than to say. For that reason I created this blog. The idea is to create an online diary of the things I learned so that it is not only helpful to me but also to any future aspiring data analysts.

Another purpose of this blog is to document my travels and the experiences I gather during those travels. While I am not an avid writer, I like to write short concise posts about my thoughts on travel destinations, facilities that I experienced etc. Think of it as my very own personal photo book.
